Justin J. Sasser is the founding member of The Law Offices of Justin J. Sasser, LLC, and practices law in all Maryland counties, principally in Southern Maryland. Mr. Sasser focuses his practice in the areas of Family Law and Estates & Probate Law, where he regularly represents his clients’ interests in complex legal disputes such as the division of assets in high-net-worth divorces, resolution of high conflict custody disputes, relocation of children after divorce/separation, spousal maintenance (alimony) conflicts, and contested estate/guardianship proceedings.

Mr. Sasser is also trained in Collaborative Law, a form of alternative dispute resolution, and is available to serve as a private mediator.
